Filling tables with TikTok-native storytelling

The brand competed with chains on delivery apps but had a stronger in-person experience story. Organic posts sporadically went viral; paid wasn’t converting that attention into Monday–Thursday covers. We needed repeatable creative that felt like the FYP, not like a TV spot pasted into TikTok.

TikTok Ads ran per location cluster with radius targeting around each kitchen. Creative leaned on ASMR prep clips, chef POV, limited-time menu drops, and “neighborhood favorite” angles. Traffic went to mobile-first pages with one job: book a table, start an order, or get directions. Where allowed, we boosted creator content via Spark Ads so comments and duets became part of the proof. Offers were time-boxed to match operations (happy hour, lunch combo) so the kitchen could handle demand.

Reporting tied spend to reservation clicks, call taps, and mapped directions so GMs could compare venues fairly. Creative refreshes tracked seasonality—summer patio, winter comfort food—without losing the brand voice.

What we executed

Local TikTok works when ops, offer, and radius targeting stay honest.

  • Per-venue radius & daypart campaigns
  • Food-forward short video + Spark Ads
  • Simple mobile landing: book / order / maps
  • Location-level reporting for franchise GMs
