Boostera Digital, Inc. provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Website development
• Consulting and strategy

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain access credentials securely
• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising platform policies

You are solely responsible for the content and legality of your business and ads.

3. Payments

All services are provided on a prepaid or agreed contractual basis.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Advertising budgets are paid separately from service fees

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results (including leads, sales, ROI, or rankings).

Digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Boostera Digital, Inc. remain our property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Boostera Digital, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Account suspensions by third-party platforms

7. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for actions, policies, or decisions of third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• Cooperation becomes impossible

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
